Goldfinch Books Guest Poet

Deborah was honoured to be selected as guest poet for one of Goldfinch Books' amazing poetry evenings, hosted by the wonderful Ellora Sutton. The evening was very well attended, and alongside Deborah's two sets, there was an open mic night.

Goldfinch Books is a family-run bookshop and cafe-bar in Alton. The owners, Gary, Jude and Andrea describe their project as "a great way to combine a love of literature, music, wine and craft beer" - and you can read more of their story here. They run an inclusive, feminist space that has a really great feel, and it was a pleasure for Deborah to read there.
